Butter cookies with Limoncè and chocolate

Ingredients for a baking tray of cookies:
300 gr 00 flour
150 gr butter
3 small glasses of Limoncé
25 gr cocoa powder
1 egg
130 gr powdered sugar
½ glass of milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt

Let’s start take the butter out of the fridge an hour before we start the preparation and cut it into small pieces to make it soften more rapidly. We now combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl, take another bowl and sift the powder mixture. We now continue to sift the cocoa into a separate bowl. When the butter has softened, we add the powdered sugar and begin whipping with electric whips to make a creamy mixture. Now let’s add the egg and continue whisking until everything is well blended. We now combine the flour and baking powder that we sifted before, then mix, first with a ladle and eventually with our hands. We now divide the mixture into two parts: we pour the Limoncé into one, and the cocoa into the other. We form small balls and let them rest in the fridge wrapped in transparent paper for an hour. After an hour, we roll out the doughs on baking sheets to form rectangles 1.5 cm thick. We now lay the white rectangle on top of the dark one, roll them up and seal them in plastic wrap. After 40 minutes of resting in the fridge, we are ready to cut it into slices that we put on a baking sheet. They now have to bake at 180° for 20 minutes. They are ready.. and all that remains is to enjoy them!
