500 ml lemon juice
250 gm sugar
500 ml water
First heat the water in a small pot until it boils, then add the sugar. When the contents become transparent, turn off the heat and let it cool. Cut the lemons in half and filter the juice with a strainer. Add the juice to the sugar syrup.
Use a whisk to mix well, then put your lemon slush in a covered container into the freezer.
Remember to mix the slush every half hour to break up the ice crystals that have formed. Do this until your slush is the way you like it.
