Limoncè fruit salad with toasted fruit
Ingredients for 4 portions:
2 yellow peaches
3 little glasses of Limoncè
20 grams of nuts mix
1 bunch of grapes
2 little spoons of sugar
First, we thoroughly wash all the fruit (expect the banana), then we remove the peel, cut it into small pieces and place it in a large bowl.
The grapes should be cut in half lengthwise to remove the seeds.
We continue by adding the sugar and Limoncé to the chopped fruit and we mix. We now cover the bowl with the plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
In the meantime, we toast the nuts in a pan over high heat, being careful not to burn it.
Once the nuts kernels are toasted, we distribute the fruit salad together with its marinating juice in 4 small cups. Let’s now have fun sprinkling them with the toasted nuts. Now we can only enjoy an original alternative to the traditional fruit salad!
