Limoncè plumcake


Ingredients for a 26X11cm pie mold:
180 g flour 00
3 eggs
50 gr potato starch
160 gr sugar
150 gr butter
zest of 1 lemon
16 gr baking powder
2 small glasses of Limoncé

Let’s start by melting the butter and letting it cool. Meanwhile, we take a bowl and sift the flour, potato starch and baking powder. We now take another bowl, in which we are going to break the eggs and add the sugar. With a hand whisk we mix for a few minutes, and next we add the zest of a lemon for the fragrance. Then we add Limoncé and all the powders to the mixture. Last, before pouring the mixture into the previously buttered and floured pie mold, we add the melted butter and mix all the ingredients well. We can now place the pie mold in a static oven preheated to 190° for about 45 minutes.
At this point our plumcake is ready and all we have to do is taste it! It is even better if you eat it with friends, try it to believe!
