Ingredients for 4 servings
350 grams of sugar
350 ml of water
50 grams of powdered sugar
1 egg white
2 glasses of Limoncè
NB. For this recipe you will need to have an ice cream maker.
To start, dissolve the sugar together with the water in a saucepan, then let it cool.
Put in a bain-marie the egg white with the icing sugar and whisk them until the mixture is consistent. Now add two glasses of Limoncè to your cold syrup. Finally, merge the two blends and pour everything into the previously refrigerated ice cream maker. Stir for 15 minutes until you get the desired consistency.
Time is up? Your sorbet is finally ready to be served! Garnish it with some lemon zest of your choice and enjoy spring in the sunlight while savoring your delicious Limoncè sorbet.
