Mascarpone cream with Limoncè


Ingredients for 4 people:
400 gr mascarpone 
200 ml fresh liquid cream
100 gr powdered sugar
zest of one lemon
2 small glasses of Limoncè

Let’s take a bowl, pour the mascarpone and powdered sugar and mix well. We now add the Limoncè cups and grated lemon zest to the mixture, and mix all the ingredients well.
Now we take the cream and whip it with electric whips until it becomes very firm. Once it is perfectly whipped, we gently add it to the mascarpone and Limoncè cream with gentle movements from the bottom to the top with a spatula so as not to disassemble it.
To finish we put the cream in the refrigerator for about half an hour so that it cools down completely.
And now…you just have to enjoy it with pandoro!
