The end of summer should be celebrated with an original toast. 
Today we offer you the ideal recipe for the most elegant aperitif: a cocktail made with lemon and Syramusa, our premium limoncello.

Ingredients 1 cocktail glass 

- 2 drops of lemon juice 
- Sugar syrup 
- 1 part Syramusa limoncello
- 1 pasteurized egg white


Preparation

Pour the sugar syrup and a part of Syramusa limoncello in a shaker. Add the egg white with two drops of lemon juice and shake well. Pour the drink into a cocktail glass, better yet, a Champagne glass.
If you want a touch of elegance, sprinkle some liquorice on it.
